  Honestly, the communication at this ABA clinic is terrible. Nobody ever answers the phone. I can call 20 times and maybe 1 time someone picks up — the rest just go straight to voicemail. They always tell you to leave a message, and then maybe someone calls you back the next day. That’s just not acceptable, especially when you need help right away. Trying to reach a supervisor is the same story, no follow-up most of the time. Super frustrating and honestly not what you’d expect from a clinic working with kids and families.

  I had an amazing experience. Lisa the front desk answered all questions and was extremely happy and helpful.😁👍🏽

  Having an autistic child who’s non verbal has been my biggest fear but thanks to Aces my son has got all the help and he’s come a long way thank you Aces for all the support!! Thank you to all the staff to his teachers who show up for him everyday!! And a special thank you to the front desk thank you Lisa for always going out of your way to help with my sons needs I have the best support team here and we love it 🙂

  The clinic is by far the best one yet. The front desk is very welcoming, the staff are sweet and patient. The clinic is big with variety of activities and toys. Each station is a different activity, which is the best part about ACES.
