  I have been a patient of Dr. Audrey Ta at Sustainable Smiles for years, and I followed her from Foster City to Dublin. It is a longer drive, but she is absolutely worth it! Dr. Ta is exceptionally patient, attentive to every detail, and incredibly friendly. She always takes the time to explain procedures clearly and never recommends unnecessary treatments, which makes me feel completely confident in her care. The office itself is spotlessly clean, and the entire staff is welcoming, professional, and supportive. Every visit feels comfortable and stress-free. I cannot recommend Dr. Ta and her team highly enough. It is truly the best dental care experience I have ever had!

  I have been a customer of Sustainable Smiles for a little more than nine years. I went there on the recommendation of a friend as we were seeking a new dentist. From the first visit, I have been a confirmed customer of Dr Cynthia Young, one of the founders of the practice. Dr Young has a very friendly personality and apparently knows the dentist business very well. I was very comfortable discussing the issues I had and the options for treatment she recommended. From the first, Dr Young was able to remove stains from my teeth that had been there for years. I have been very pleased with the dental work I’ve received from this practice. They have worked with me to try and keep costs contained. All-in-all, I am very pleased with my interactions with Dr Young and her associates. I do not hesitate at all recommending her practice to anyone looking for a competent., friendly dentist.

  I first came to Dr. Young office to bring my mom in and I really appreciated the time and great manners Dr. Young and her staff showed my mom considering she is Spanish speaking and I usually have to translate but Dr. Young luckily speaks Spanish and was able to make my mom feels more comfortable. She highly enjoyed her experience with her office which for me made it an easy choice to be seen there as a patient myself. I appreciate the thoroughness and great attention to my dental needs as a new patient. Being a dental assistant myself that is something I strive to give patients as well. Dr. Young and her staff are great! Which now my dad and sister are also going to be seen at her practice! Thank you Dr. Young and the staff at Sustainable Smiles for taking care of my mom and myself and I know my dad and sister are going to receive the same amazing care in their upcoming appointments!

  I have been coming to Sustainable Smiles for about 7 years now and they are amazing! Everyone is super friendly, and their dental work is fantastic. I have used the in house dental plan for the last year, and the coverage and services provided are incredible for the price. Dr. Young is great about reviewing any concerns or issues, and is great about explaining her recommendations and next steps. I’ve had a root canal and a cavity done here, and the next day it was like the problem never existed! I also had the KOR treatment done on my teeth, and the whitening is next level. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Pleasanton area and beyond!

  Sustainable smiles is the best there is and I always have an amazing experience every time!. The office feels super chill and not intimidating which is always nice. I’ve had cleanings and a couple cavities filled, and everything has gone really smooth each time. They’re great about making sure you’re comfortable and explaining what’s going on without overcomplicating it, which makes the whole visit way less stressful. Everybody, from the front office, to the dental assistants, are all super amazing as well! Dr. Young and Dr. Ta are both really nice and take their time so you really never feel rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Overall, it’s an amazing office with a great team. I’d definitely recommend them!
