  Dr Will's office is very organized and patient oriented. He is great at explaining details to parents, and has fun points options for the patients to participate in.

  Extremely painful experience and unprofessional staff I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this dental clinic. During a simple orthodontic procedure that was supposed to take about 1 hour, the process lasted over 2 hours. The nurse handling my treatment appeared inexperienced and unskilled, repeatedly needing assistance from other staff and failing to perform the procedure properly. Throughout the entire process, I raised my hand multiple times to indicate severe pain, but my concerns were ignored continuously. I was left in extreme discomfort and even cried multiple times during the procedure. As a result of the poor handling, my lips were cut and injured in several places (see photo). This is completely unacceptable for a professional dental clinic. This clinic shows very poor management, lack of patient care, and no regard for patient comfort. I felt disrespected and not properly treated. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

  I’ve been with Dr Will for the past two years and the whole experience is wonderful, everyone who has helped me here is super sweet and they’ve explain every part of the way so that I’m within the loop of what’s happening. I just finished my Invisalign today and I’m really happy with my new smile :) I’d definitely recommend schlicher orthodontics for anyone looking to do Invisalign!

  Amazing doctor !! He is very thorough. He explains everything very well. He answers all your questions. He has a fun personality which kids like. Most importantly, he only recommends treatments that are necessary , nothing extra or unnecessary. We trust him with our kids treatment. Highly recommend !!

  Dr. Will and the Schlicher Orthodontic team has been great to work with! From the beginning of the process, through insurance approvals, and on to how they work with my daughter on a regular basis, we've had nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommend!
