I am a diabetic who takes insulin. My insulin pump stopped working while I was out (a few hours from home). the only way to get my insulin into my body was to buy a bag of insulin syringes but the pharmacist refused to sell them to me without a prescription even when I showed him my blood glucose monitor reading "high" meaning that my glucose was too high for my monitor to even read it. I needed to inject insulin as soon as possible and this pharmacist was completely unhelpful about my situation. By the way, it IS legal to sell insulin syringes without a prescription to adults in California, this pharmacist just didn't want to. I'll never shop here again.

Pete, Monica and Mae are always kind, friendly, helpful and professional. They have well-deserved time off requiring less familiar staff to fill in which can slow things down. I've witnessed some very rude behavior from customers while the staff explained the situation and maintained their composure. Many thanks to Pete, Monica and Mae for making my pharmacy visits a pleasure!

I love this pharmacy. Everyone is so kind and helpful. When I have been in a pinch for time and need something quickly, or I forget to pick up a prescription the staff is so understanding. Especially the pharmacy technician Pete, who always remembers my name and really seems to care about customers. Thank you to the staff!

Kaiser sent Safeway Pharmacy my daughter's prescription this morning, told me would be ready afternoon, I called Safeway pharmacy 3PM, they told me nothing info received and asked me call Kaiser, so I did, Kaiser said they left a voice message this morning and asked me call Safe way again, so I did too, the guy on Safeway Pharmacy said they did not receive anything yet and would call me if they got. I really need that for my daughter as soon as possible, so I called Kaiser Pharmacy again. I got calling from Safe way while I'm speaking to a lady from Kaiser, the prescription was just ready to pick up! The guy from safe way said Kaiser just send them another message. I guess it is just lie, they just forgot check voice message. I wasted my 3 hours back and forth between Kaiser and Safeway, it's so unprofessional! Never pick up medicine there again!
