- JKJasmeen KaurMar 24, 20262.0I been a member for over one year at this location and it's very hard to get a hold of anybody to get a hold of management. You can call their phone and nobody will ever answer. It takes them like two weeks to get back to you. I've been trying to message management about concerns on my account overcharged class cancellations and I have not heard back. I have emails from last year still waiting for a response. Also, it's very hard to pick up classes at this location.
