  Lazy, entitled, and completely unprofessional. My dermatologist sent a prescription here. They emailed me to upload my insurance card. I did - Anthem digital card with my name, Member ID, and Group number. That's what Anthem issues now. They sat on it for 24 hours. Then texted me demanding BIN, PCN, RxGRP numbers that aren't on the digital card. All they had to do was call Anthem with my Member ID and get those numbers. One phone call. That's literally their job. Every Walgreens, CVS, and hospital pharmacy does this without thinking twice. But Apotheco can't be bothered. They want the customer to do their work for them. And when I told them to figure it out like every other pharmacy does, I got an automated text telling ME to call THEM M-F 9-5:30. As if I work for them. This place wants easy money without doing the bare minimum. They want prescriptions handed to them, customers to spoon-feed them insurance info, and collect the check. Zero effort. Zero professionalism. Over 20 years dealing with pharmacies - never seen one this lazy and arrogant. Still never got my medication. Stay far away.

  Online customers please beware of this place! While you can place orders online, you can't cancel the order online. You have to call them during business hours M-F before they ship. They are not open on weekends. Unfortunately for me, my doctor changed the prescription on a Saturday, but I had placed the refill order on Friday. They shipped on Monday. Once shipped, they won't provide a refund! So buyer beware! No where does it tell the customer that the orders can't be refunded once shipped. If Apotheco didn't have such a half-baked, poorly executed website where there is no online way to cancel before shipping, this would not have happened. I'm avoiding this place in future.

  They are helpful, kind staff and delivered my medicines promptly at my doorstep and it's so hassle free too. 100% comfortable and better in every way than other pharmacies I have been so far. Thanks Clear choice pharmacy! :) You guys are the best! 100% recommended.
