The free regular checkup and service has also been very helpful and informative. I am still hoping for a better hearing experience in noisy environments and am keeping my fingers crossed that the latest software update improves that.

They were cheaper but not nearly as effective or comfortable. Also, the price is the same as Kaiser who offers much less service support.
