By the end of my day after doing 15,000 steps sometimes more my heel felt like it was on fire. Sitting down with Hector and listen to him talk about and demonstrating what my main issue was (Arch supports) We came up with a plan that fit my budget, In the three days that I’ve been wearing these arch supports I can already notice a significant difference in my posture. It truly is nice to walk without so much discomfort.
