  My 10 year old son had an appointment today. The staff is not friendly. The tech who drew his blood barely said two words to my already nervous boy. She wasn't prepared, forgot to tell him to relax his fist once blood was drawing. New? Maybe, but still no excuse to not have great patient skills, especially with a child. Also, the areas were disorganized, trash on floor and not clean by any lab standards. Will not be going back here. Anaheim Hills location way better!!

  It’s like the DMV of blood work, what happened to a quick process? Who’s your Doctor? Is your information correct? Yes/No. Stick a needle in your arm and get on with your day. It’s like they prolong the patient’s time in the back to avoid doing more work by having to see more patients. There is a reason why they have a sign that says no concealed carry weapons, because by the time your done here your about ready to go postal! Negative 5 stars

  Worst service ever. I came yesterday with my newborn and they didn’t have the vile to take his blood. They had me come back the next day and now I have been waiting for 1 hour and 45 min with a 9 day old newborn……. I’m about to leave because he needs to eat. Very unprofessional and they do not care. The order says STAT so I don’t need an appointment, yet they don’t care about that.
