  I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this office that felt more like a series of scheduling games and poor communication than actual dental care. The Appointment Run-around: I came in with a toothache and spent two hours in the chair only to be told they couldn't complete the work. I was informed I needed two fillings and a deep cleaning, but was told my insurance would only cover half my mouth at a time. Interestingly, once they rescheduled me, my insurance "magically" approved the entire treatment for a single day. Unprofessional Conduct: While the dentist was actually very kind (the only bright spot of the visit), the hygienist was incredibly rude. She walked into the room while I was mid-filling to tell the staff—right in front of me—that she couldn’t do my treatment and I needed to be rescheduled because she had 15 minutes until her lunch break. Inflexible Scheduling: When the dentist recommended an extraction for an impacted wisdom tooth, the front desk was zero help. I requested a Friday to allow for weekend recovery, but was told the surgeon only works Mondays. When I asked if another location could accommodate a different day, I was flat-out told no and that I’d have to wait a month to see if the surgeon "might" switch his schedule. The X-Ray Run-around: Because of the scheduling issues, I decided to have my extraction done elsewhere. I requested my X-rays, specifically the panoramic view. They sent an email minutes later with every X-ray except the one I needed. I called back that morning, that afternoon, and the following morning. Each time I was told they would "pull the chart," yet I still haven't received the requested files. If you value your time and expect professional coordination between the front desk and clinical staff, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
