- JAJorge AyalaFeb 6, 20181.02/6/2018 Called once at about 3 pm and was placed on hold...waited for 10 minutes and I thought I'll just call back later they must be very busy. Called again and placed me on hold for 17 minutes just to hear one of the Asian pharmacy technician raise the phone and hang up. Total disappointment! Zero professionalism!
