  The doctors and PA’s here are amazing. So nice, so thorough and efficient at the same time. Wife made me go in for sinus and cold symptoms because she was sick of hearing me cough at night and was contemplating covering my face with a pillow til the noise stopped. So to prolong my life and my wife’s sanity they gave me the cough medicine I needed. In the end, my wife was right, the great folks at Carbon Health Placentia were right and I’d highly recommend all other doctor averse men like me to just go and do what your wife says or risk ending up the focus of a Dateline episode like I almost did. You’re welcome. 🍸

  I had such a great experience at Carbon Health in Placentia. This past weekend, I developed a canker sore that kept growing and becoming more painful. I tried everything at home, including salt water rinses and over the counter remedies, and nothing was helping. It got to the point where eating and talking were uncomfortable. I searched on Google for a clinic nearby that could help, and Carbon Health popped up. Since they were close to my house and accepted my insurance, I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. Making the appointment online was incredibly easy and convenient. When I arrived, the front office manager quickly gathered my information and got me checked in smoothly. I had an appointment scheduled, so I was called back right on time, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself was super comfortable. The waiting room felt calm and welcoming, and everything was extremely clean, spotless, and well organized. I never felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable like I have at other clinics in the past. PA C Nychele Hernandez was amazing. She talked to me in a way that felt genuine, almost like you are speaking to a friend rather than just being treated like another patient. She made the entire experience feel less nerve racking, especially since it was my first time there. You can truly tell she loves what she does and cares about her patients. She prescribed medication specifically for my canker sore, and in less than three days, it significantly minimized and the pain subsided. I can now eat and talk comfortably again without worrying about making it worse. From the easy online booking process, to their convenient app where you can message your provider, to receiving treatment that actually worked, everything was seamless. I had a really great first impression of the staff and the clinic overall, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend to anyone in or near the area, just be sure to confirm they accept your insurance. Fantastic experience all around!

  I’ve never had anything bad come out of here, very accurate, and nurses are incredibly kind. Super fast as well, waiting time usually 5-10 minutes when empty.

  came in on a very busy day and was still seen in a very organized and quick manner. all the staff here is so friendly and genuinely want the best for their patients. i come here every time i need something and am never disappointed!

  Horrible experience. I will never waste my time & money here again. I came in feeling sick and they brushed me off that I was sick and I just needed to rest and take cough drops. A week later I ended up at the ER. If they would've cared to take care of me and provided what I needed I probably wouldn't have ended up in the ER. Thanks for nothing.
