  Been trying to get results for a month now and keep getting the run-around, never answer phones and returns calls to the wrong number. Said they would post results on portal… several times… nothing… said they sent email due to portal issue… nothing… then said doc actually needs to review first and that all the other promises to provide were false… gave a date… date came and went… nothing. Meanwhile my son has been hospitalized from anaphylaxis without us knowing what his true allergies are.

  The ease of getting an intial appointment was shocking, two weeks, not months. Was also suprise that this practice actually was able to conduct allergy testing on my visiting. I expected the doctor was going to ask what i have been experience, how long, and then get told to come back in a month or two for testing. I would higly recommend Allergy Partners of Calif. Central Coast to others.

  I needed allergy tests for a trip I was supposed to go on and Allergy Partners got me in and helped me in any way they could. While it’s a tad annoying trying to get ahold of them (especially if you only have 1 question or if you get disconnected you have to go through their whole call menu again) but Courtney Ramos and her team were very helpful and answered all my questions and I even found out that I wasn’t allergic to something I previously thought I was. They have a couple of locations, which made it easier when I had to go back for additional testing.

  Each staff member we interacted with was kind and clear. Dr. Daniel Moore spoke directly to my 9 year old instead of just me. I really appreciate that. He would, of course, check in with me if something wasn’t clear but my daughter was able to answer his questions and describe what she was experiencing in her own, and he listened. The doctor’s plan to help her is clear and I feel we are in good, attentive hands.
