Julia was friendly, professional, and took time to explain each exercise, which made the class feel comfortable and easy to follow even as a beginner. The environment was clean, upbeat, and welcoming. The intro session was a good introduction to the reformer — not too intense, but just right for a first visit. I’m excited to continue and try more classes. Highly recommend to anyone curious about Pilates!
