  Great staff very helpful. Very on time. Great facility. Just moved up to Sonoma County from Marin and was very pleased to find all of my medical needs are being met at the same if not higher level 😊 I love their system once you’re on a roll. You’re on a roll. They take good care of you. Check in system is very easy. If you have a problem, there’s always somebody there. They can help you with check in if necessary I think some people just are amazed that it’s so easy to check in. They’re looking for more complication😆

  They used to be overbooked and understaffed. That seems to have been solved. Phlebotomist plays classical music which is quite nice.

  The phlebotomist was extremely patient and accurate (one painless stick). I’m not an easy draw and usually suffer as a result. He was truly compassionate and caring!

  One star, due to the outrageous phone system that they have where you cannot talk to anyone period.
