As I sat down to check in and was Told, it will be a remote exam with the doctor. I was a bit surprised and a little skeptical. As we went through the process, the staff was very thorough. My only suggestion would be that the staff would be a little more experienced and knowledgeable about the medical aspects of optometry. However, I believe the person that was working with me was in training. Regardless he did a fabulous job was kind and professional. I can’t say enough positive reviews about the Dr who I met with via video. I feel very confident in my exam and the results.

The staff is sweet, but incompetent and unconfident. There is no professional on site. It was tedious, but I finally got my prescription that was ordered by an online doctor.
