As we went through the process, the staff was very thorough. My only suggestion would be that the staff would be a little more experienced and knowledgeable about the medical aspects of optometry. However, I believe the person that was working with me was in training. Regardless he did a fabulous job was kind and professional. I can’t say enough positive reviews about the Dr who I met with via video. I feel very confident in my exam and the results.
