    Very disappointed. There billing department or office never answer the phones. I’ve left many messages due to my father being billed for his 1 visit there. They did not bill his insurance they are very unprofessional. I do not recommend this office and good luck getting a hold of them.

    Horrible service. Bad attitude from the front desk. I get an appointment and I am told they won’t do my sons service (pulling out his loose teeth) because there where other appointments. Haha! Them my daughter gets X-rays turns out she has 6 cavities 4 left 2 on right …she gets 2 filled and a “filling” (really bad by the way. Left her teeth all crusty with the product they used. It was a service payed by state medical. For her next appointment today 3/31/2026. Appointment to fill the other side for cavities. She is told she need another xray and it gets done. Why idk. Then they stop and say she can get anything done until I pay a “co-pay “ of 1465.00 like lol. Why didn’t they charge me before the service was done as it’s usually done? Are they really trying to rip me off!! When those services are covered 100%. Mind you, they did this to my husband but they caught him of guard . He paid for services and was charged again at his next visit (just like they tried to do with my daughter) but because he misplaced his receipt he couldn’t prove the cash payment . Back to my daughter , my hairs and asks can yin do the service if she needs it and we’ll talk to medical. She said “ well if you have the money to pay right now!” Thats how nasty and horrible she was and they are there. Lucky I wasn’t there. I be seeking legal advice in behalf of my daughter and husband. The one star review was so I would be able to post!!

    Went for an appointment early this month on the 4 of March since my wisdom teeth were hurting. I went in to get an appointment date which was for today March 23,2026 for wisdom teeth extraction. I was paying out of pocket to avoid the wait of it getting approved through insurance. After signing paper work and wasting 2 whole hours of my time the receptionist finally called me up and told me to leave and they would have the manager try fixing my plan and they would give me a call back to give me my final estimate. Didn’t receive no phone call. I Called them back to see what was going on and why they were charging for a service I declined and signed in paper work and they were going to charge it anyways even when I signed off no to it. Receptionist was able to remove it but were charging me another service that ISNT REQUIRED FOR WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL, and again it is MY CHOICE TO NOT HAVE IT DONE IF ITS NOT NECESSARY , she couldn’t help and I didn’t get my teeth pulled and the receptionist wanted me to reschedule for next month. Be more organized. Listen to patients rights to the type of treatment, no I wasn’t declining the service plan all together I chose to decline unnecessary services that are expensive services at that that aren’t required at all. Now I wasted a whole month of teeth pain, infection and taking antibiotics to get rid of infection so I can get them pulled today and it didn’t happen. Won’t be coming back! All about money and how much they can get out of people paying out of pocket. Nope not me.

    Absolutely great experience for my daughter. She was scared, and they constantly reassured her. Best experience we’ve had at a dentist so far. Thank you to the Dentist and all the assistants. Receptionist was also very friendly.

    Hello! I suffered from a toothache for five days because an old metal filling had fallen out years ago. I postponed going to the dentist because I had dental insurance from my former job and the out-of-pocket costs were expensive. I waited and kept postponing my visit until I resigned from my job after my husband and I bought a new house here in Riverside County. We moved from Los Angeles County. I retired from my job to take care of my two small children, so I have been a very busy mom. Recently, on Saturday, March 7, I accidentally chewed a hard piece of food and hit the hole in my tooth where the old metal filling had fallen out. The pain was terrible. I tried calling different dental offices, but I needed to find one that accepted my husband’s private dental insurance and was in-network so that most of the expenses could be covered. Dr. Shah took care of my toothache as quickly as she could. Since I was a new patient, my appointment was at 9:00 AM for X-rays and a dental exam. The front desk staff asked if I could wait until 12:00 or 12:30 PM to have my tooth treated. I was a bit stuck because I needed to get back home to my son, but luckily my cousin was able to babysit him for a while, even though she had to take her daughter to a school event. Dr. Shah finished fixing my tooth very quickly so I could return home to my son. Everything worked out well! My left side of my face felt warm, painful, and I even had a fever before the treatment. After Dr. Shah fixed my tooth, I felt great and the pain was completely gone. I am avoiding chewing on the left side where she repaired the tooth until it fully heals. I am very happy with Dr. Shah’s help. She is friendly, professional, and very polite. Her team, including the two dental assistants, was also very kind. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding when communicating with me because I am deaf. I will definitely return for a dental cleaning with Autumn. I love her! She is really cool and easy to talk with. Actually, all the staff there are friendly and nice. Regarding the dental expenses, I’m not complaining because this was an emergency and I could not wait any longer due to the fever developing. The fees were not as bad as I expected. I was prepared to pay up to $2,000 if necessary—ouch! 😊 I recommend calling different dental offices to ask whether they are in-network or out-of-network with your dental insurance so you understand the costs. You really can’t blame the dental office for the bills. Thank you so much, and please keep up your kindness and understanding with your current and future patients at Gentle Dentistry!
