  Great communication in reminding of appointments. Check-in was so easy. My wait time has always been under 3 minutes. The nurses drawing blood are excellent! They only have to poke me 1 time which is unusual. The staff are very nice and welcoming. If I have any questions they are informative as can be. Very professional folks.

  The most ridiculous system I have ever witnessed. I just needed to pick up a test kit. No, can't be done without an appointment. So she made us sit there for 45 minutes while she took people who walked in and checked in with appointments. All we needed was to be handed a test kit!!! Insane. There needs to be another diagnostic center here to give them some competition then maybe they would treat people better
