  I greatly appreciated the detailed information Doug Hoyer provide me about my hearing test yesterday. He was very helpful also in providing me with the advances in the changing technology incorporated into the newest hearing aids. Thanks very much Doug

  Cindy, the receptionist, goes the extra mile and is extremely proficient In providing customer service. You couldn't want better. The 5 star standard is also met by the audiologist Doug.

  This has been a year for our family. Donnie has farmed all his life, and you guessed it, never wore ear protection. His last set of hearing aids were at the end of their life cycle, and we had just found out a new metastatic cancer diagnosis. He was feeling very isolated, and everyone around him was too. He couldn't hear much of anything, he was constantly kept answering inappropriately, but mostly we were all struggling with important medical info, which he was totally missing. All of our family were starting to feel we just couldn't win, and we weren't sure what to do about his hearing. The staff at Connect Hearing [especially Cindy and Allan], went above and beyond. They understood the hesitation of such a significant purchase, figured out a way to give us a couple of months to decide what to do. More importantly, they never once made me [as a spouse] not part of the process. We couldn't be happier with the service at Connect Hearing and with the quality of the hearing aids Donnie uses. He's using the bluetooth option and using his phone again! Most importantly, he's actively engaged in life again. He even organized a friend reunion with his buddies, and HEARD EVERY WORD!   Freaking love this place. I got my hearing aid in Vancouver had an issue with the com pilot and they replaced it and took good care of me here in PEI.
