  Cindy, the receptionist, goes the extra mile and is extremely proficient In providing customer service. You couldn't want better. The 5 star standard is also met by the audiologist Doug.

  Tried to bring my grand mother to get her hearing aid fixed twice Friday July 28th and august first despite the website stating they were open on both occasions they were very much closed and my grand mother will continue to deal with not being able to hear while her family is home to visit.

  I highly recommend the Connect Hearing Charlottetown clinic. Cindy the receptionist always provides efficient, friendly and courteous service. On my most recent visit I met with Doug Hoyer for the first time, and was very impressed with his knowledge and patience. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

  As a very satisfied long-time client (14 years), I want to give a shout out to the great staff at the Charlottetown clinic. The audiologist, Doug Hoyer, is very personable, knowledgeable, patient, and professional....very up-to-date on all the newest hearing aid technology, and willing to take the time to make sure your hearing aids are working properly and that you are completely satisfied. Cindy, the receptionist, is a treasure...competent and pleasant, able and willing to help clients any way she can. The service and products are the best and I highly recommend this clinic.
