- KSK SJun 17, 20251.0DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This operation must be a complete scam. I am out $60 after placing an order 4 weeks ago. I did not receive my item, nor did I rver receive a confirmation email about my order. No, it is not in junk or spam. My bank account clearly shows a debit from this store on 5/29/25. They will not answer emails, and they will not pick up the phone. They do not even have voicemail set up. Needs to be shut down by the BBB.

She didn’t know what Birch oil was (but we can order it) and the other items I was looking for were so unnatural and full of fillers and artificial crap, I decided not to return and buy quality items at the supermarket. This place has gone downhill really fast. Not returning.

Walked in as I was downtown and 5 minutes later, issue solved and I am feeling GREAT. I am so lucky she was there…I told her the benefits I was hoping to find and thru Natural Alternative, I DID! THANK YOU! I’ll be back!
