  The instructiors at this club are great, I especially love Jess's classes. I gave this club 3 stars because their cancelation policy is terrible. I payed for 3 months of "unlimited". They are free to cancel my classes whenever they see fit (cancelled 2 of my classes last week) and not reimburse me, however if I need to cancel a class with less than 12 hours notice they charge an extra fee of anywhere between 15 and 25 dollars. I cancelled an 8am class 2 nites ago at 8:04pm and was charged 15 dollars for a "late cancel". The high price of membership at this club should include some cancellations. The unlimited is currently $290 a month. Wouldn't recommend this place. I'll stick with Kennedy.

  The classes are for 60+ y.o. people, or at least, that is the community most served here. So I want to just stick with the gym but Club Pilates never mentioned I was under monthly contracts with them and I have to pay extra to cancel. They have several pages of contracts which staff went over with me and left out the fees. I asked the class instructor what a reformer (the main piece of equipment) was and she stumbled over her words before she said she has no idea. Unless you want another monthly “service” money- sucking hassle in your life, do business somewhere else.

  I sure love doing Pilates at Club Pilates…. Tracy is AMAZING! She makes every class fun and I’m always learning. She also cares about you as a person. Thanks Tracy for being a great instructor and for being so warm, friendly and supportive 😊

  Took 2 classes at this studio back to back today because I was in the area. I teach at another location in SoCal. I was disappointed with the first instructor, I think her name was Kelli.. She didn’t ask my name, injuries, where I am from, if I was comfortable with hands on corrections, or anything like that. We also didn’t do any bridging which is supposed to be a part of CP’s class flows usually… Wish I had a better experience. She didn’t even thank us or anything after the class. I took the second class with Jess and she was super sweet and friendly and asked my name and for injuries and hands on cueing. Thank you, Jess!
