Not happy with the service. The place is terrible. The front desk window was sealed by paper so you don’t see the front desk person and ask for help. Only check in kiosk. Tried to book an appointment online, was getting an error so I had to walk in. Within an 1 1/2 only two people went in with appointments and 1 persons from the walk in list. Extremely long wait even though the place had only few people. There is absolutely no Customer Service
Definitely not coming back to this Quest location again.
while this location does take walk-ins, the closest area to park charges by 15 minute increments. This is not ideal, especially if you are a walk-in and are unsure how long you might be waiting. Staff seem relatively nice, however, there were only two patients being attended to throughout the 30 minutes that I waited. One of the staff members did let us know that they wouldn’t be seeing any more patients after 4 PM – this gesture was appreciated as a friendly heads up, however, I was not able to be seen during this visit.

Technician SILVIA super rude I told her I was dropping off specimens I got here at 12:14 and she closed the door in my face, saying to come back at 1:30 that she didnt care, because she had to go to lunch, im a phlebotomist and cant believe they treat patients like this, even though it wasn't closing time. So unprofessional.
And I have proof I got their at 12:14 I took pictures.

In the beginning of October, I came to get testing done for my new job. Around lunchtime, the workers started telling everyone to get out because they needed to get lunch. Okay, understandable. However, I turned around to ask KATHY/KAREN (eyelash extensions, decrepit, short black hair, Caucasian) what time we should come back and she told me she didn’t know.
I turn around and this lady PUSHES ME THROUGH THE DOOR FRAME WITH THE DOOR. I turn around grab the door handle and tell her, “Uh, hello, you’re pushing me with the door.” I get that everyone’s eager to eat lunch and get a break, so I told her that to call attention to what she was doing because me, stupidly, thought she didn’t know what she was doing. Do you think she apologized? No, of course not. She actually PUSHES ME AGAIN AND SLAMS THE DOOR IN MY FACE. I was so shocked and confused.
Since October I’ve been calling Quest customer service, trying to get some kind of retribution for having been assaulted by one of their workers not once, but TWICE. I have multiple ticket numbers from every time I’ve called, and every time I’m told how sorry they are for my experience and that the supervisor will get back to me. Never has anyone EVER gotten back to me.
My advice? PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. Don’t go to ANY Quest but ESPECIALLY not this one. However, I know we have to what we have to do, so if you absolutely have to go, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KATHY/KAREN. She is an unhinged, violent women. She’s a loose cannon. I’m a young woman and she was comfortable enough to put her hands on me, so I can’t stand to think how she treats people who are disabled or people who may not have English as their first language, or just anyone who is a part of a vulnerable population. Stay away from that lady, please. Have the other Indian lady help you.
Incredibly rude employees. Ridiculous wait times even with appointments. No redeemable qualities. Recommend any other location.
