    This is my 3rd year working out 2x a week at this studio It has made me stronger and given me tremendous energy. My orthopedist told me that it was important to strengthen my core to support my spine to counteract back pain — I now no longer need cortisone injections! My balance is improved as well. I work with Sarah and Maher who are enthusiastic, supportive and inspiring. But every trainer I’ve met here has been great. They are attentive to your goals and very responsive to any challenges that you raise and are knowledgeable about the right way to work out. Plus, it feels like family here. Having a regular routine has helped me stick to the regimen — signing up has been a life changer. My doctor is thrilled— he says keep doing it— he can see the benefits. Last year, I gave my husband an annual contract. He says he can really see results in his body. I highly recommend this approach to strength training.
