    Ever since moving to Pasadena from OC in mid 2022, I have frequented this location and the one on the West side of Old Town (on Colorado), and both locations are fantastic. While online you will find all kinds of silly nicknames for this location, such as "Stabby Ralph's" and also "the Mistake on Lake", the reality is that such reputation is unfounded. I've been here at all times of the day (and even as late as 11pm at night on weekdays) and I always feel safe, do what I need to do and get home just fine. Everyone in the staff, including the night security guard, are friendly, polite, professional and helpful. They also have REAL discounts, unlike Vons. VONS has a slight markdown on things that will expire in 2 to 3 days, whereas Ralph's has a SIGNIFICANT markdown, sometimes 50%, 60% or even 80% for products that are still fresh but you should consume in 2 to 3 days, so for the value and also for the quality, I think Ralph's is better.

    I just switched my prescriptions to Ralph’s Pharmacy and am glad I did! It’s very convenient as I shop at Ralph’s. The pharmacists and staff couldn’t be more helpful or nice! A very positive experience for me! I highly recommend Ralph’s Pharmacy!

    Honestly, I usually only review when I have a bad experience, but I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy. I always have an above and beyond experience - every single employee is wonderfully kind, efficient at their work, helpful, just great. Wish I started using this pharmacy sooner :)
