  My name is Debbie Ramirez and my father Richard Robledo is the one that had the hearing aid put in through miracle ear and I want to say the experience and the product is excellent. Kay is the one that helped us and he did a wonderful job. I am so appreciative of everything that he did and explained that my father understood so the experience was wonderful. The product is wonderful. I thank you very much And I will Highly recommend it to my family and to my friends thank you very much for a wonderful product.

  I have been very impressed and pleased with the services of this office. Right from the beginning Steven Hernandez, the Office Manager welcomed me with great cordiality as if I had been a long time patient. Very shortly, I was ushered into the office of HCP Jorge Velez. who, was equally welcoming. He gave me a quick succession of test, refining the results of those I brought from the referring audiologist. He then proceeded to craft a mini pair of hearing aids that corrected my loss in both ears, allowing me to hear the faint and sweet sound of a songbird. A true miracle!

  Its several years that I am using the services of the Pasadena Office of Miracle ear for all my hearing issues. I refer them to all who inquire and needed hearing specialist. The staff of the Pasadena clinic are awesome, they are knowledgeable, helpful and with very friendly and helping attitude. I always received top notch service every time I had appointment. You get help as much as you need and beyond. The clinic manager, the technician, Johnny (he replaced Retired Lora Lee, another knowledgeable staff member) and Rene, the office manager are the fantastic team of this office.

  My mom, June is 93 years old and to her, hearing is almost more important than sight! Without hearing, she is isolated even and especially in a room full of people. Hard to make friends or even keep friends when you can’t hear them and they a constantly repeating themself! Lora and Rene, at Miracle Ear Pasadena, were very caring, thoughtful, informative and helpful so we decided to seek their experience with my mom’s hearing aids. We never felt pressured and felt very comfortable that Miracle Ear could help my mom. We’ll let everyone know how it goes! Ken & June, Altadena
