Awesome services and honest in prices. My husband got his glasses first then recommended this store to me. I went there Saturday and the lady was very patiently help me with the pricing when I used insurance. They having 50% off lenses when I bought the frame using insurance! She walked me through the price and showed me cost of each item patiently. Initially their system just applied 40% off lenses but later they honored the 50% off. I tried LensCrafters at Arcadia mall but they just tried to hide the price and charge more. The lady also helped me patiently with trying on my chosen frame. Just got my new glasses yesterday. When I picked it up, the lady also kindly helped tighten my old sunglasses from another LensCrafters which declined to help me the other day. This LensCrafters at Macys is the best I’ve ever been to!

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! Irene and Olga went above and beyond helping me clean my sunglasses. They were both so nice, professional, and welcoming. It’s rare to find that level of care, and I really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters at Macy's

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
