  Referred here directly by my insurance. When I called, they transferred me to a manager, took down my info and promised to contact me again to schedule an appointment if they accepted my insurance. They never called back. I called back a second time, and was told by their receptionist they only accept my insurance at their Rancho Cucamonga office. I cannot drive and is much further from me than the office I was referred to from my insurance. This receptionist said she would call me back within an hour to confirm an appointment date and time; I’ve been waiting 2w since. Aforementioned receptionist’s call never returned. Now I have to take initiative to call their OPE and beg for out-of-county care when they dropped the ball twice? As of 7/10, I’m now booked for autism assessment at another practice, Pasadena has plenty. Are you looking for neuropsychiatric/autism assessment for yourself or a loved one? Look elsewhere.

  The place is phenomenal the Doctor listened to us and was the sweetest and most patient doctor we have had thus far. We were heard and respected. I wish I could keep her for our family doctor.

  Im not sure what just happened....my therapist hung up on me when said I would rather have our session over the phone than over video chat. She was clearly annoyed with me before hanging up. To make the appointment I had to deal exclusively with automated texts and online forms. Am I wrong or is this the wrong way to handle intake for potentially mentally distressed people?
