Club Pilates Pasadena is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
🚫 Refused entry to my reserved Pilates class with ZERO notice that my account was “on hold”.
💳 This all started with a double charge in January that took months to fix, forcing me to file a bank dispute.
🕒 I was already at the studio for my supposedly reserved class and offered to pay for it separately with a different card until the bank issue was resolved. STILL denied entry.
👀 This happened in full view of other members, making me look like I hadn’t paid—even though I’ve been a loyal member since May 2025 with no missed payments.
❌ Extremely unprofessional. Lack of communication, respect, and privacy.
⚠️ Avoid this studio if you value your time, your reputation, and basic respect.

Great place, for a great workout. Your experience is all dependent of what type of teacher you enjoy, as all the teachers have different styles of instruction. Once you find the instructors you love, stick with them.

Promised Cancellation, Still Charged — Avoid
Nothing against their instructors and some of their staff is amazing. However their receptionist does need some more training in customer service.
I have been trying to cancel my Club Pilates Pasadena membership for months. After multiple ignored emails, I finally received a written response on January 18th confirming that my cancellation had been submitted and that my membership "will not continue after this month." Despite this written promise, I was charged AGAIN in February. I followed up immediately asking why I was still being billed after a confirmed cancellation — and still no resolution.
Do yourself a favor and read every review about cancellation before signing up.

Been taking two classes per week for over a month. I take Reformer Flow (w/Felicia) and Center & Balance (w/Karena) I use these classes as my active recovery days from weightlifting. I really enjoy the breath work, core engagement, and the slow & control focus when executing the movements. I believe these classes compliment my fitness routine and aid in minimizing injuries. The staff and instructors are extremely welcoming and are attentive, ensuring we perform and use the equipment safely, and at our individual fitness level and capability. They take the time to explain the movement, tell us what muscles are to engage, how to breath, and in clear verbal cues. I took a members workshop (w/Veronica) designed to provide additional support (free) and she too was great. I took the free intro class (w/Anastasia). Was instantly hooked and signed up. Recommend if on the fence, take the free intro class and see if you like it. I did!!!
