  My son and I visited about a month ago after being sick with the flu for over a week. This place did not seem like a medical clinic at all, minimal uncomfortable seating in the lobby, freezing in the exam room this probably worsened by condition, no seating in the exam room except the exam table, had to ask for a stool to sit on while they examined my son, I was obviously having very painful severe back spasms and they took no notice. They were unable to provide any Kleenex or tissue when we had run out of our own that we brought with us. Weeks later I find out they charged my account for an additional $50 for my son without sending a bill or any notification at all, just took the money from my account without notice! My son and I had the same exact services, no reason for an additional charge for him, especially without any notification. Absurd to just deduct money from my account without authorization…that’s straight out theft! Encourage all to avoid this place at all costs, will make you more sick and steal your money!!

  Prior to visiting this facility, it is imperative to be aware of potential issues, particularly regarding payment. During my visit for a lift exam, I was informed that I would not be charged for a comprehensive physical examination, as my employer had requested a specific test. Consequently, I paid $75 for the exam. However, several days later, my bank account was charged $90. Upon contacting the facility, I was informed that a billing department error had occurred, and I would receive a refund of $90 within 1-3 business days. Despite this assurance, I spoke with a manager named David. Three days later, I discovered that instead of refunding my account, an additional $90 had been deducted. I contacted the facility again, and they explained that they were unaware of the error, attributing it to a technical glitch. Consequently, I was left with a total of $180 in debt. Up to this date still no refund. The facility has since claimed to have resolved the issue, but as of this date, no refund has been issued. I have repeatedly contacted David, leaving him various messages, but he has not returned my calls. The receptionist has assured me that she will inform him of the situation. Regrettably, I was forced to pay for the exam out of pocket. It is crucial to obtain a receipt for your records. This facility’s lack of professionalism and handling of this matter is unacceptable. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. STAY AWAY!!!

  The staff at the Pasadena store is absolutely amazing. I live in Yorba Linda, which is a 15 minute drive from Pasadena and I have used that clinic twice in the past month. I have a client in the Pasadena and I chose not to go to the Placentia Urgent Care but what until I was in the Pasadena area to see the doctor. Dr. Brian is the best physician I have ever seen in my 59 years. He has an incredible bedside manner and a compassionate heart. You are so lucky to have such an incredible doctor on your staff. I truly believe that he needs to train doctors and staff members on how to treat patients. He is absolutely incredible.

  I didn't catch the doctor's full name but I think it was Daniel (not sure if first or last name) and he was just great. Took his time talking to me and asking questions. He was also clear and direct about my shoulder pain. This place was a great find--I'll remember this next time someone needs urgent care.

  Prompt, courteous and efficient check-in. Medical staff were that and more - compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable. I had trepidation about an urgent care visit but it was quick and easy. I was very impressed with the experience and most of all with all the staff. Thank you!
