  One of the most efficient Carbon Health experiences I've had! It definitely helps to have an appointment scheduled ahead of time, but overall I think I was in there for less than an hour to get checked in, seen by an assistant, seen by the provider, diagnosed, and out of there with the prescription I needed. Dr. Young (I hope I'm remembering his name right!!) was really friendly, reassuring, and helpful.

  I was impressed. Everyone was kind and the system was clear. They were open a little early, too. The doctor, Bryan (didn’t catch his last name) was especially present and communicative and lovely to interact with. He clearly explained how we would proceed, and diagnosed my strep throat easily with a rapid test. I will definitely return to Carbon Health.

  Thursday at 5pm No wait. Quick turn around. Medical assistant she was The Bomb, Dr. she was the Bomb, cool. friendly , detailed, knowledgeable and made me feel like a wanted patient.

  My son and I visited about a month ago after being sick with the flu for over a week. This place did not seem like a medical clinic at all, minimal uncomfortable seating in the lobby, freezing in the exam room this probably worsened by condition, no seating in the exam room except the exam table, had to ask for a stool to sit on while they examined my son, I was obviously having very painful severe back spasms and they took no notice. They were unable to provide any Kleenex or tissue when we had run out of our own that we brought with us. Weeks later I find out they charged my account for an additional $50 for my son without sending a bill or any notification at all, just took the money from my account without notice! My son and I had the same exact services, no reason for an additional charge for him, especially without any notification. Absurd to just deduct money from my account without authorization…that’s straight out theft! Encourage all to avoid this place at all costs, will make you more sick and steal your money!!
