My insurance provider verified that everything was indeed in order. When I relayed this information to Betty a few minutes later, she told me she had to confirm, it ended up being an issue on Safeway's end - their incompetence cost me 45 minutes of waiting. The rudeness and incompetence will ensure that I never step foot in this store again.
