Came in for a glasses adjustment, and had an awesome experience! My glasses were not wearable before this, and Alfredo was super fast and skilled in fixing them.

This LensCrafters made me an eye appointment without my consent. And they will not let me cancel it, only reschedule. I’ve sent three emails and called twice. No callbacks or responses. Incredibly unprofessional and enraging. Apparently there’s a cancellation fee for the appointment I never made at a location I’ve never visited. I called a year ago about making an appointment but never went through with it. Now a year later I’m somehow automatically getting a follow up scheduled for my benefit. NOT HELPFUL.

A specific staff person here - Alfonso is incredibly rude. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses and Alfonso refused to give us a fresh new pair of frames, then refused to email me a receipt (saying that facility doesn’t exist when I was here literally 2 days ago and the female staff was able to email me the receipt just fine). We were chided for taking a long time to come to the cashier since it was close to closing time - even when it was the other staff person who requested us to wait while he attended another customer. On our way out, we asked the cashier his name and he said “it’s on your receipt, do whatever you want I won’t be intimidated…”. There was no reason for him to be this hostile to 2 women, especially someone who is a paying customer. I would not recommend this store to anyone - and definitely request management to train their staff to be more courteous

Alfredo is the best!! One of the lenses of my glasses popped out and I could not find the right tiny screw. I also went to Warby Parker but they couldnt find the screw and told me that I should go to an optician that’s 30min away.. but then I was like maybe lenscrafters has the right screw. Alfredo fixed my glasses instantly! Free of charge! Thanks so much!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
