The customer service, especially from the employee Angelica Romero, was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Instead of assisting me in resolving an issue with eyeglass frames that clearly had a defect, she did everything possible to shift the blame onto me, the customer. I expected professional service and support, but instead I was treated with disregard and made to feel responsible for a problem that was not my fault. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable for a store that represents such a well-known brand. I do not recommend this location to anyone who values respectful treatment and accountability.
