Made an appointment for a meningitis shot for my child who had to miss school to do it. Even called hours before my appointment to make sure it was available (it was). Then I get a call right before my appointment telling me that the one they have is expired and they can’t do it, and they send me to Menlo Park Safeway. So of course Menlo Park Safeway does have it wants to make us wait over an hour to get it even though it’s not busy.

We've done our travel shots at this pharmacy clinic for years including flu shots and shingles vaccines. They are fantastic. Very thorough & responsive. And, excellent follow-through. Plus, they are very nice. This is our go-to place!

This Safeway is consistent about two things: 1. Poor inventory and selection. 2. Very long lines and slow checkouts.
I could write this review 20x in the time waiting to checkout.
