- MJMeLia JohnsonFeb 12, 20261.0I put in my refill request a week and a half ago and have been calling and going to the pharmacy almost everyday just for them to tell me it will be ready the next day. It’s been a week and it’s still not ready. I have a nasty feeling that they have been withholding my prescription just to give it to someone else and that is extremely unethical and unprofessional. I called up there today again and requested if they can give me a partial refill and they put me on hold, took me off of hold without realizing and never came back the phone so I was sitting there listening to the staff have assist other people for 3 minutes. I used to have some good feelings about this pharmacy, but ever since the new year I’ve had so many issues with them. Do better.

They must be cutting hours too because things are not stocked early in the morning like they used to be. Frankly, it kinda makes me sad shopping there now. Recently, I started to go out of my way to go to the Vons on L instead. The layout is better and calming. Oh! And I HATE the ENTER/EXIT ONLY doors. It's annoying. Another reason I will go out of my way to L.

Have been told three different reasons from three different pharmacists or staff on why they can't feel my control medications after pharmacist on Friday told me they have them in stock and is no problem to fill
