Ever since COVID, this location has been steady going downhill. They are understaffed and the moral is low. They must be cutting hours too because things are not stocked early in the morning like they used to be. Frankly, it kinda makes me sad shopping there now. Recently, I started to go out of my way to go to the Vons on L instead. The layout is better and calming. Oh! And I HATE the ENTER/EXIT ONLY doors. It's annoying. Another reason I will go out of my way to L.

Update 7-6-25 UNPROFESSIONAL!!! All good things come to an end. If I could give negative stars I would. I don’t t why Vons pharmacy has such a hard time keeping quality pharmacists and I have now met the worst one to walk through those doors and that’s saying a lot. The previous manager that actually had communication skills and understands customer service is gone. They are back to pathetic, low communication skills horrible employees. Absolute garbage. I called in twice within three days of my prescription being filled and was assured things were good and would be taken care. There was a substitute pharmacist that is on a power trip. He told me the person that helped me twice is nothing and can’t help me. He is the end all authority. His lack of communication skills makes me wonder how he even made it through pharmacy school. Truly bottom of the barrel. It’s no wonder he’s a sub. I’m sure no other pharmacy wants him near there customers. I will add his name to this review so you know who to avoid at all costs. I’m sure I’m not the only one and the bad reviews will continue. What a detriment to the company. I will be forwarding this review to the district manager Will Henning. Avoid this pharmacy!!! Current update. This pharmacy is under new management and what a huge change. The new manager I’d kind and listens to her customers. It’s been a few months and I really hope she works out. This pharmacy has been through many many managers and Hyewon is the best since I’ve been going here. I am changing my review from one star to three. We will see how it goes from here. I’ve been a customer of this place for over 8 years. If I could give them negative stars I would. They are under new management and it’s atrocious. People that can lie to your face are something. If there isn’t a wait it’s because they have run off their customers. New review two months later and they are absolutely awful. They have another new manager coming in. The last manager lasted 6 months, what does that tell you? This the 5th manager in eight years. I’ve dealt with the district manager named Will Henning and if you believe ish rolls downhill then you understand the management problems. I spoke to him two months ago (which took a month to get him to return my call) and he assured me things would be different. Things were ok for two months then same old issues. That means in 6 months they got it right 66% of the time. That’s a failing grade and the district manager avoids calls and doesn’t return calls. You don’t get a 2.5 star review from one bad review. The only positive reviews are people that came in for the “vaccine” and don’t deal with these pharmacist on a regular basis. This is a chronic problem and it starts with upper management. They have zero respect for their customers, even their long term customers. You would think with reviews this bad they would make a small attempt at returning calls and holding to their word. This is the closest pharmacy to my house and I don’t drive so I’m stuck. If you can find a different pharmacy you will save yourself many headaches.

This pharmacy is horrible. Go somewhere else. They use to have very good service. Now is slow they continually do not have your medication ready or it's only partially ready. Most of my medications don't even need to be counted they just need a label on and that takes them a ridiculous amount of time. As crappy as the service was at Walmart they are looking like a better option
