- NLNy LgSep 26, 20253.0Ever since COVID, this location has been steady going downhill. They are understaffed and the moral is low. They must be cutting hours too because things are not stocked early in the morning like they used to be. Frankly, it kinda makes me sad shopping there now. Recently, I started to go out of my way to go to the Vons on L instead. The layout is better and calming. Oh! And I HATE the ENTER/EXIT ONLY doors. It's annoying. Another reason I will go out of my way to L.
- BLBlanca LopezSep 7, 20241.0I just went to Vons , two minutes before 10 pm the front door were open, they were a lot more customers paying , a black lady went in front of me when i was getting inside the manager of the night shift kicked me out saying that it was closed, I asked her if she could let me buy my ice cream that was on sale (Friday deals) she goes nop we’re closed & she asked me to leave or she was gonna call security 😱😱I asked her why she let the lady in with no problem & She started arguing with me???? She goes it’s already passed ten o’clock, I showed her my phone & showed her the time 10:02 pm & i said yeah two minutes after 10 cuz you’ve been arguing with me for the pass 5 minutes, I’m very disappointed, I felt discriminated , she called the security on me , he told me that he was sorry the way she was talking to me, he goes I’ll let you in but I wasn’t there in that moment, he goes come back tomorrow for your ice cream , I’m a regular costumer there , i go almost every other day to buy my daily groceries but with this incident, they lost a costumer & I’m going to tell my family to do not go there anymore

Have been told three different reasons from three different pharmacists or staff on why they can't feel my control medications after pharmacist on Friday told me they have them in stock and is no problem to fill
