- MLMidland LeJan 19, 20251.0CANNED RESPONSES BELOW. THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL. Something is extremely questionable about this location. All calls go straight to Verizon Wireless stating unavailability. If you're from LA, don't ever buy anything in bulk from GNC online. Their shipping process is strange, finds the closest store with inventory and ships. They'll even split up shipments, with items coming quickly then the rest from a warehouse which could take weeks. For some reason, this location shorts me on my cases of Ghost Energy drink (this store is on the invoice) over and over again. My recent order for 6 cases of Ghost came in a box that fit only 2 cases yet the invoice says there were 6 cases and 80 lbs in the picture below. The picture is from FedEx, I did take the picture. Since it happen before, CS said they can't "accommodate" me for what I rightfully ordered. Straight thievery. Email communication and pictures below. Buyer Beware. I am not joking, EVERY Single order I've placed online with GNC was short, missing and even they've updated my orders without contacting me, which invalidated the promos and charged me full price before too. Super sketchy.
