  This clinic opened on time, checking in was a breeze, I was called on or before my appointment time, and the staff was friendly. I love this branch, very convenient.

  Edit: make sure you don't get the girl that's new, she took 20+ minutes inputting codes and printing labels, had to reprint because of an error, and then didn't draw correctly according to the order. Nearly 3 hours in and still waiting for the team to figure out what's been done vs what is still needed so they can correct the mistake. Don't try to walk-in, it will waste your entire day. You'd be better off looking in the other cities and scheduling a same day appointment than waiting as a walk-in. The staff is in no hurry, there is a kiosk up front with nobody to talk to, no clear explanation of who is "next", and people just come in for their appointments and get taken back. If you schedule an appointment I am sure it is totally fine to visit, but otherwise I would avoid it at all costs. Why even take walk-ins if they are just going to wait 3 hours before leaving in frustration? Just say you're appointment only, your rating will go up.

  Truly our Healthcare system is broken that we are all coerced to use these horrible, horrible, facilities for some of the most routine parts of health maintenance. Hope you enjoy being greeted by a kiosk and left to wait indefinitely

  Cesar was awesome!! Polite, explained everything to me, and when I told him my veins float, he said OK, he will take care of me. He was one of the best phlebotomists I have seen in a long time!! I hardly felt the needle....he is wonderful!! Thank you, Cesar, for coming to that location to help!

  Is there one person only working here? I had been here waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours. I know as a walk-In you need to wait . The time they take to do a client is way too long. Now the room is full and yes it's just one technician working Appointments come first and im sure many here had one. After 3 hours waiting I just decided to leave. Waste of time but im the one to blame. Ill make an appointment to come next time.
