- DBdogan baydarMar 11, 20261.0The lady—maybe in her mid or late 40s, in front desk of the pharmacy, with colored blonde hair and glasses—has never been particularly kind, though she had never been as rude as she was today. Experiences like this make me feel that customer service may not be the right role for her. I see that there are some more complains about her. Because of this interaction, I’ve decided to move my entire family’s prescriptions to a different pharmacy where the staff treat customers with more courtesy and professionalism.

I was an CMA in Washington for 5 years and I would be DISGUSTED if my patients were treated like this. Was told by rude lady well we’ve been open 10 minutes ….did the other 20 minutes just escape you? 0/10 I’d go to a guy selling random meds on the corner before I’d go in here.
