I care for two very old folks and visit this pharmacy at least twice a month. Both of the family members had used Walgreens in the past but after two horrific experiences during COVID we were forced to switch everything to Ralphs. I have no clue what people are complaining about in these reviews. No pharmacy has stock of everything all of the time. Only five percent of the time do they have to order the meds. They send reminders but no system is perfect. Occasionally there are no refills left on a prescription. They will send out a request to the doctors but I always message the doctors to speed things along. Perhaps others are not taking this step and relying others including doctor staff to perform. Once we waited until out to fill a prescription that had zero refills! They offered pills for the weekend until the doctor's office returned on Monday. So again I am confused what people are writing here. They will calculate the total costs on different quantities when these seniors fall into the Medicare donut hole. They will print out the entire year's detail for tax purposes. You can easily speak with someone when you call. Good luck with most places allowing you through. Will everyone always be pleasant and perfect? Gmab. Try hiring people these days. They did have a couple of less friendly employees but overall their entire operation is a solid 5 stars. I complain about almost every shopping experience I deal with and here I am writing a positive review because this business is clearly undervalued from the posts shown here. And I just got a $20 coupon to use in the store after I got flu shot etc. last week.

Seriously understaffed. Rx's not ready per online orders. Pharmacists testy, even rude. Bad impression overall.

I used to depend on this pharmacy. There was a really nice older gentleman pharmacist who was always attentive and helpful. Not so much lately. He appears to be gone and I hope retired successfully. These days, my prescriptions never are ready when promised, no apologies. Just went for something that was called in by my doc yesterday and was told to come back 2 hours later. Really? I love shopping Ralph's but will probably find another pharmacy.

Travelers Beware! I've been traveling in my RV for the year and have kept my prescriptions with Kroger pharmacies the entire time. Fred Meyers in the North, Smith's in the South west and Now Ralphs in California. I've stopped for a few months in Palm Springs and attempted to get my prescriptions filled. I was very rudely told I would have to back track to Riverside Ralph's and they do not like people going to multiple locations. I never had a problem during this trip until the Palm Springs store. I left there feeling totally degraded and couldn't believe how rude they were. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to.
