I was starting to have issues with my old hearing aids and asked my insurance which companies they covered and AudioNova caught my eye. Dr Novall refused to work with me at first because he found a huge boulder of wax in my ear that would have messed up the hearing tests. So I went home and took care of that and came back a couple weeks later. He fitted me with new aids and instructed me on their use.... WOW!!! My right ear, which I considered my dead ear, could hear and distinguish voices!! Even with my previous aids, I considered my right ear pretty much "crippled", in that I could hear sounds but they were muddled and indistinct no matter how much I tweaked the settings. These new AudioNova aids brought the sounds crisply and clearly to my ears, and they were just the middle grade of aids. Expensive, but oh-so-worth it!!! Who doesn't rely on their ears and eyes to be able to navigate this world? Anyhow, you have four programs with four variations per program, so you can modify ALL your sounds to your own liking. I love audiobooks so I play them on my phone and listen to them through my aids and it is just so immersively enjoyable!!! I'm telling ya, if you need hearing aids give Dr Novall a call and he'll hook ya up-you 'll walk outta there SMILIN'
