  I would give "zero" stars. The front desk person (woman) extremely rude (she doesn't give her name), hangs up on you in the middle of conversation; their referral manager, Axa, (if the name that I was given is correct) doesn't do her job. I have waited 3 weeks(after referral has been approved by my insurance - Kaiser) to be called by them; they never did. I called myself 3 times and I was "ordered" to wait for their call... in the end, they tried to fix an appointment for me 2.5 months ahead! I just changed them.

  This office lacks communication with each other and the patients. Why would patients have all the needed test and have to wait 2mons for a follow up visit. Why would you not be notified even if by phone as it would relieve stress. The MA never notified the patient a RX was sent to pharmacy. This is unsatisfactory for a medical office but especially cardiologist. They need to do better.

  I want to hit no star but don't have that option. Office personnel are rude and often slam the phone down in mid-confersation. This has happened numerous to not only myself but others. The person is a female who won't give out her name. Dr. Sherman was a bigger disappointment. I am very ill and this Doctor never relayed any serious test results nor returned calls. He missed serious heart problems and never even requested tests taken at the Emergency centers I was rushed to. I hear he is leaving and pray he is retiring. I cannot say or warn anyone considering seeing him or using his practice. He may be relocating to Lancaster but from this review I will be contacting lawyers. He should have his license removed....long ago. I am seriously compromised due to his lack of checking my tests or even responding to emergency calls. I have never had to write such a serious report....I can only tell anyone with an appointment to cancel it at once!!!

  First time seeing Dr. Jon Sherman. I am very impressed. He took the time to answer all questions & gave me much needed advice concerning my health and heart. He is a very caring Dr. With great knowledge. Will recommend him to everyone needing a heart doctor.
