For the most part the staff is polite but for some reason there are two employees there that seem to just be completely incompetent when it comes to customer service, problem solving, being rude and just now being offensive. The cashier literally bumped into my back on purpose snickered a bit then proceeded to not say anything like “oh I’m sorry” or “excuse me” and this lady has had issues with this before with being rude and not having the slightest knowledge of customer service but today was just out of this world I could not believe it. I will be contacting the store manager. I mean can you imagine if I was elderly or had some injury to my back it wasn’t some small brush by.

I have been a customer for at least 5 years and the service just keeps getting worst here! They have filed my script in some random file so they are late filling it which messes up the following month refill. I call to let them know I'll be picking up my script 5 or 6 hrs before I arrive and still I am told to wait 15 minutes for them to fill them. They just don't care about the patients they are servicing. The front girl is less then friendly and appears to hate her job. I am so fed up I am filing a complaint with corporate office.. If I were you I would find a reliable pharmacy this is not it!

Albertsons pharmacy is my new pharmacy. I previously used Ralph's but Ralph's no longer accepts GoodRX coupons. Albertsons not only accepts these coupons, they are often the cheapest of all the pharmacies listed. This may sound like a minor thing to those of you with private insurance. But for those of us on Medicare, GoodRX is often substantially cheaper than using my part D drug plan. Most recently I had a perscription that Ralph's wanted $134. The GoodRX price was $45. When I pointed out the difference to the pharmacist at Ralph's, they shrugged and said "you can go to another pharmacy if you want" Well I'm not going to pay an extra $100! The really sad part is that drug prices are cheaper if you have no insurance and use GoodRX or SInglecare than if you have Medicare. Thank you George W Bush for not allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices....yesh!
