- THTiffany HixsonJan 19, 20261.0Someone from the office just left a voicemail to confirm an appointment. Within one minute I called the number back to reschedule and no one picks up. I bet this office has a bunch of “no shows” and “missed appointments” because calling to reschedule is clearly not an option! I have now called several different numbers, all with the same result. After several minutes of ringing, the phone just cuts off. Not even an option to leave a voicemail.

- DNDr Joanie NelsonNov 13, 20251.0THE WORST! Avoid at all costs. I was to be seen for an autoimmune rash. Rash was on the referral form. I, again, wrote RASH on the paperwork. The ME came in and said, “Your here for skin cancer?”. When I told her “no” she inquired why I was there, I told her. I appeared to be the only patient. I heard much laughter in the hallways. Thirty minutes later the PA, Sergio, came in. He did not even glance at me, with his back to the desk, he again asked why I was there. I stayed silent, effectively forcing him to turn around and introduce himself. Just awful. Avoid at all costs.
- BBB BreezyAug 22, 20162.0Had a 1:30 appointment and I didn't get called until 3:02. Lot of people waiting in lobby. But before that I called to get directions and they had me on hold almost 10 minutes! I get here and there are 3 people behind the desk doing almost nothing. Next time I will go to the La Quinta location because this office is not well organized. No one should have to wait an hour and a half to be seen when they have an appointment.
