  Rut was our Caregiver for a couple months this spring and she was great. Always on time, cheerful, helpful, and very competent. Any task that was requested she performed well and without hesitation. She needed very little direction. She was always sensitive to our needs and was ever a pleasure to be around. We are heading home for the season but are already hoping Rut is available when we get back in the Fall.

  My wife Marsha recently had knee replacement surgery. We used Home Instead to provide a week of caregiver support post surgery and could not have been happier with the experience. We were treated with professionalism and courtesy by every employee with whom we connected. Our caregiver Jessica was well trained, kind, thoughtful, and willing to provide support in every way imaginable. Thank you, Home Instead.

  My sister and I have been incredibly impressed with the entire team at Home Instead from the very beginning. Every person we encountered was supportive, kind, and genuinely caring. Our brother’s health was declining, and because we live out of state and he lived alone, we depended on Home Instead to help with a few days of care each week. Not long after services began, he took a turn for the worse, and we realized he needed 24/7 care immediately. I called the emergency weekend line and reached Sandra, the on call agent. I explained what was happening and asked how quickly round the clock care could be arranged. Within just a few hours, she called back to let us know everything was taken care of and provided a caregiver schedule beginning the very next day! Her reassurance in that moment meant more to us than she will ever know. From there, we worked closely with Adrienne, who stepped in with compassion and professionalism. She coordinated every detail, responded promptly, and resolved anything we needed during such an overwhelming time. Thanks to her, we were able to build what we now call the “A Team” of caregivers: Wayne, Patrick, Carolyn, and Charlotte, each of them exceptional in their care and kindness! The compassion and dedication shown by the entire Home Instead team gave us comfort and peace of mind during a difficult time. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for our brother, who sadly passed away this week. Their care made a profound difference in his final days, and in ours.

  The entire company works like a well oiled machine. From selecting the correct people to help you when you need it most, to making sure that the schedule you made works best for you. I needed home care as I had hip replacement surgery. I called another service and they never returned my call. I called Home Instead on Saturday morning and spoke with Juliana. She assured me I would have someone at my house on Tuesday when I returned and someone would call me on Monday. Monday morning, Sohart called to confirm that a health aide would be at my house when I arrived home. As promised a lovely woman named Lizette was waiting for me in front of my home. The care I received was excellent. She was experienced and did everything I needed her to do so that I could recuperate. When she took the weekend off another excellent aide named Sue was sent to me. She too was wonderful. What makes Home Instead stand out is they work together. Adrienne, the scheduler made sure I had the right person and she was in my corner! Beverly made it so simple for me to pay and the woman who answers phone, always greeted me with Hi, Miss Caryn. Home Instead, is second to none. I very rarely write a review. This one was a must.

  Home Instead provided caregivers to our loved one during the last week of his life. Our experience was exceptional. Bryanna scheduled meet and greet times for each caregiver and followed through with regular updates on scheduling. Irish visited to answer questions and to assure that our loved one was 100% satisfied with his caregivers. But what made our experience exceptional was the two caregivers who spent the days and evenings with our loved one. We cannot say enough about the terrific communication and care skills of Guadalupe (Lupe) and Shawntana (Tanya). These two women reached our loved one with smiles; always getting right in his face so that he would hear, calling him by name, asking his preferences before providing care and doing all kinds of little things to bond with him, make him feel safe and cared for. These women filled our loved one's final week with peace and comfort and for this we will always be grateful. Judy, Mary, Cindy and George
