  We had a wonderful experience at Oliver Peoples at El Paseo in Palm Desert. Liz is incredible! So accommodating and so customer focused. We are from out of town, but still chose to get our prescription glasses through her.

  I am new to Oliver Peoples, but found them when I needed eyeglasses - The Store on El Paseo is amazing, Liz is amazing (It took me multiple trips to get the order right, and she never waivered in patience and her help). Long story short, while they are not an inexpensive endeavor, the quality and service is heads and shoulders above most others, and you get what you pay for. Excellent work. Thank you!!!   I’ve been a fan of Oliver Peoples for over 30 years. After moving to Palm Springs, I was pleasantly surprised to discover their store in nearby Palm Desert. Recently, I went in with a pair of Persol glasses that were missing a nose pad. I thought I had purchased them there, but the manager, Liz, kindly informed me that they were not from her store. Even so, she was happy to replace the nose pads for me. Liz was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I couldn't be happier with how she resolved the issue. The store also has an excellent selection of Oliver Peoples frames, and I will definitely return when I'm ready for a new pair.
