- SSSara ShyrSep 11, 20215.0I found Club Pilates as a free introductory class on Instagram. I just love Angela - she tailors each class to her students. She is very careful if you have a back strain or other injuries and will give you an alternative exercise. I'm signed up 6 days a week as I have not had any sciatica since I started Pilates as many of the exercises are similar to physical therapy but unlike Physical Therapy, it is 50 minutes of an all around work out and stretching for the whole body. I highly recommend people try it and you will have fun and get fit.

They offer classes from early morning until evening which makes it so easy to work Pilates into my day. They also have locations throughout CA and the US which makes it easy to stick with your Pilates routine when you are away from home. I have noticed that my back and neck pain has lessened while my flexibility has improved. After each class, I feel worked out and stretched...after class I can toe my toes!!!! I highly recommend Club Pilates.
