I haven’t had classes with all of the instructors yet, but Denise is my favorite so far. The facility is clean. The app to book classes and handle payments works well. The front desk workers are nice and helpful. And the community is nice.

We tried a number of different instructors (based on our schedule) but eventually settled on Denise’s classes. We really love how she goes the extra mile to remember your name, is encouraging and empowering, and pushes you to go further. I’ve never been particularly fit and work in front of the computer all day, so the progress in my fitness and strength has been noticeable. Highly recommend!
- IGIan GriggApr 17, 20235.0Looking for a new exercise activity, I was recommended to work with Lesa at this Pilates studio. Lesa is incredibly knowledgeable and truly made it easy on me as a beginner to feel comfortable in class. Mixing in some private lessons with the group classes is the way to go. The overall experience is 5 stars but classes fill up quickly and the signup process is a bit challenging for those that do not have an unlimited membership. Additionally, you cannot sign up for classes until your monthly payment goes through and at that point, that week is typically full.

Lesa is a great instructor who guides her students through each exercise making sure we have the proper form. She also explains the benefit of each movement, which I really appreciate.
