I have had multiple sessions with Richard and he is very knowledgeable and has been a big help on my fitness journey. He is so kind and funny, every session is enjoyable. If anyone is in need of personal training I recommend him.

Next time I will Bring My Rv so I can GO CAMPING IN FRONT OF GYM....
