  Finding reliable care for my mom was honestly so stressful until we found this team. They’ve been amazing—super patient and actually take the time to listen to her needs. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in good hands 24/7. Definitely recommend them if you're in the OC area.

  We have been using Home Instead for about six weeks now and the caregivers that we have consistently been using have been wonderful Mark, Marilou, and Maria Putt Have been our consistent caregivers for our father. They are caring, they listen to his concerns, and are always there with a watchful eye. Home Instead has been there for us, we will use them again if needed.

  We feel truly fortunate to have Catherine caring for my wife during the afternoon and evening hours, five days a week. From the moment she arrives, Catherine brings with her a warmth and thoughtfulness that has made an enormous difference in our daily life — and we could not be more grateful. What sets Catherine apart is the genuine care and attention she gives to every part of her time with us. She engages my wife in face-to-face games and puzzles, taking the time to be present and attentive in ways that brighten my wife's day and keep her mind active and engaged. Their walks together are something my wife clearly looks forward to, and it is a comfort to know she is in such capable and caring hands when they are out. At dinner, Catherine serves the meal with patience and kindness, and she handles the evening shower and bedtime preparation with the kind of dignity and sensitivity that every person deserves. She never rushes, never makes my wife feel like a task to be completed — she treats her as a person worthy of full attention and genuine respect. Caregiving at this level requires not only skill but real compassion, and Catherine brings both every single time she comes through the door.   Autumn is wonderful! My parents love her! I feel completely confident that our parents are being taken care of with love. Autumn does a great job keeping us informed of doctors appointments, change of care and general well-being of our parents.
